Aura 247 UX does not provide direct services to consumers. Platform users are solely responsible for complying with all licensing, regulatory, and legal requirements applicable to their businesses.

Access to Aura 247 UX is provided through a paid subscription. Features may vary based on subscription level.
You are responsible for:

Using communication tools in compliance with applicable laws, including TCPA and A2P messaging regulations
Aura 247 UX reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable communication laws.
By providing a phone number and opting in—either directly to Aura 247 UX or through a business using our platform—you consent to receive SMS communications.
These messages may include:
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Account notifications
Customer support responses
Service-related updates
Platform alerts
Aura 247 UX does not send unsolicited marketing messages.
Message frequency varies based on user interaction and service activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As a user of the platform, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Obtain proper express consent before sending SMS or automated communications
Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
Use the system ethically and lawfully
Aura 247 UX is not responsible for how users configure or deploy messaging campaigns within the platform.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. All payments are final. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard to prevent future billing.
All platform content, branding, workflows, designs, and proprietary systems are the intellectual property of Aura 247 UX LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without express written permission.
Aura 247 UX LLC is not liable for:
Misuse of platform tools
Missed appointments or failed communications
Customer dissatisfaction
Compliance violations within your business
Losses resulting from user-generated content or messaging
Users assume full responsibility for operating within their licensed scope and regulatory requirements.
